Application Requirements

All items below must be submitted through the Applicant Portal.

9th Grade Applicants (Class of 2023)

All applicants to the 9th grade for the 2019-2020 school year must submit the items below, using the Applicant Portal.

Completed Application
Final 7th Grade Report Card
Final 8th Grade Report Card

Once we receive the items above through the Applicant Portal, we will contact you to schedule an Entrance Exam.

Transfer Applicants (Classes of 2022, 2021, and 2020)

All applicants to the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade for the 2019-2020 school year must submit the items below, using the Applicant Portal. If you have attended more than one high school, you must submit the items below from each school attended.

Completed Application
Transcripts from all years of high school
Attendance records from all years of high school (if not on the transcript)
Discipline Records from all years of high school
Letter of Recommendation from a teacher you’ve had in the past year.

Once we receive the items above through the Applicant Portal, we will contact your Principal for a verbal recommendation. After review of your application, we will contact you to schedule a Placement Test and Admissions Interview.

Acceptance and Registration

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so it is to a student’s benefit to apply early. We will only review complete applications. Please visit the Applicant Portal to check the status of your application. Upon review of the student’s application, you will be notified by email of your status, as well as financial aid and scholarship eligibility. You must complete a FACTS Financial Aid application in order to be considered for financial aid. Accepted students must return a completed registration form and fee in order to register and hold their spot.
