Neumann Goretti has a vibrant culture of giving back to others. There are many activities that our students are involved with, as community service is an integral part of our development of the whole student. We believe our students get much more in return when they give to others.
Our students are currently making a difference in the fight to conquer childhood cancer by joining with other students and the community to host a Mini-THON. Mini-THONs are fun-filled events for students of all ages, and raise money and awareness to make a difference in the lives of childhood cancer patients. Our students are exhibiting leadership, teamwork, and creativity skills while learning the value of philanthropy.
Earlier this year our students held a clothing drive for St. Vincent de Paul where the school donated more than 5,000 pieces of clothing to help those in need.
Our Community Service Corp is involved throughout the year in not only the above initiatives but also addressing other needs in the community such as literacy, hunger, and homelessness.
