English Students Write, Direct, Perform Harlem Renaissance Presentation

On Tuesday May 8, as a culmination of a year’s study, the senior English classes presented a special assembly on the Harlem Renaissance to the entire school, in which they wrote, directed and performed songs, dances and poetry from this era. Set in a haunted museum, the plot tells the story of ghosts who teach the history of this period of great Black artistic creation. Click here to view more photos.
