Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs allow businesses and individuals to direct the monies they pay in taxes to go towards providing financial aid and scholarships for Neumann Goretti students.
