- Take the PSAT in October

- Start researching colleges
- Make good choices for Junior year course selections
- Update Resume
- Junior Year
- Fall Semester
- Earn good grades
- Take the PSAT in October
- Continue researching colleges and majors
- Visit with college representatives via virtual visits and/or in-person events
- Attend college fairs
- Spring Semester
- Meet with your counselor during course selection
- Take the SAT at least once during this spring
- Meet with your counselor for a Junior Interview
- Visit colleges during breaks and in the summer
- Get teacher recommendations
- Start researching scholarship opportunities and requirements
- Earn good grades
- Update Resume
- Senior Year
- Fall Semester
- Earn good grades
- Meet with your counselor for a Senior Interview
- Take the SAT one or more times
- Apply for financial aid (FAFSA) beginning October 1st
- Attend the Financial Aid Night
- Attend college fairs
- Meet with college representatives via virtual visits and/or in-person events
- Send out applications before Christmas break
- Bring all acceptance letters into the Guidance Office
- Use school holidays to visit colleges

- Bring all acceptances and financial aid packages to the Guidance Office
- Review all college offers carefully
- College acceptances must be made by May 1st
- Request that your final transcript be sent to the school you will be attending
