Editing Faculty/Staff Directory

Our online directory is one of our most visited pages and we encourage you to keep your profile as up-to-date as possible! SNG employees have the ability to add information to their profile, including: a bio, links to professional webpages and more!

To add/edit your directory entry, login using your SNG email address via the blue button below.

You can also email your information or changes to Eric Thompson (ethompson@neumanngorettihs.org). If you wish to update your picture to be the latest picture available on Powerschool, please email as well.

Webpage Update Requests

Please email any web update request to Eric Thompson (ethompson@neumanngorettihs.org). Most updates are typically completed within five business days. However, If you need your content updated sooner or by a certain date, please mention that in your request.

In the future, staff members will be given access to self-edit their office’s specific webpages if desired.

Social Media Post Requests

Ss. Neumann Goretti has almost 6,000 followers on Facebook and 3,000 on Instagram. We are always looking for engaging content! Please email any social media post request to Eric Thompson (ethompson@neumanngorettihs.org).

Due to software restraints, a limited number of administration/staff members are given access to post directly via our scheduling software Loomly.

Request a Short URL on SNG Website

Short urls can be created for ease of access to certain websites or for marketing purposes. For example, you may ask for neumanngorettihs.org/Christmas to lead to a Christmas video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n7iHe3U200E)

Please email any request for a short URL to Eric Thompson (ethompson@neumanngorettihs.org). In your email, please include:

  • The desired short URL (neumanngorettihs.org/{desired name}
  • The long URL that the short URL will be forwarded to
  • Start and end dates (if applicable)

Special Project Requests

If you have an idea for a web application or project that will benefit Ss. Neumann Goretti please contact Eric Thompson (ethompson@neumanngorettihs.org) to discuss. Special projects will have to be approved by SNG’s Leadership Team.

 

Examples of past projects include:

  •  Virtual Back to School App: Personalize page for each parent that includes videos from their teachers based on their student’s class schedule.
  • Envelope Challenge: Custom app that displays 100 pieces of student artwork available for purchase.
  • Substitute Management System: Airtable Interface App to automate assigning substitutes.
