It’s #TeacherTuesday, where each week we spotlight a member of our outstanding faculty and staff! Today’s spotlight shines on Mr. McNamara from our Theology department. Mr. McNamara earned his BA in Theology from Franciscan University of Steubenville. He joined the SNG team this year as a Theology teacher to our Sophomore students. Mr. McNamara also teaches Psychology/Sociology to our Junior and Senior students. In his short time here, he’s built strong relationships with both faculty and students. Mr. McNamara has quickly become a valued member of the SNG community! 💬 We asked Mr. McNamara “What is your favorite part about your job?” 👨‍🏫 He told us “My favorite part about my job is being able to have conversations with the students as we wait for the room switch or in the cafeteria before school or during lunch. The students are the joy of this experience. It is a gift to serve them and to witness their openness to everything that SNG offers them.” 💬 We also asked Mr. McNamara “What is something people would be surprised to know about you?” 👨‍🏫 He told us “A surprising fact about me is the fact I am a triplet. Another fact is that my middle name is Savage. Not sure if my students believe the middle name yet, but it is true…”
