Friday, 1/7/22, will be a Flexible Instruction Day (FID) due to the inclement weather forecast for the Archdiocesan city high schools which includes Neumann Goretti.
Teachers and students will work virtually from home.
How will student attendance be taken for this FID day? This is NOT a live instruction day but there is work to be completed for each course. At 10am an attendance form will be sent to student emails to complete. This form must be completed before 12pm to be marked present for the day.
Teachers will post an assignment in Schoology for each course by Friday at 10am. Assignments are designed so that most students can complete each assignment in about 30 minutes. This means there should be about 3 hours of school work for most students.
Each teacherswill post on Schoology a three (3) hour block of time where they will be available for student questions through school email. The three hour block of time to be posted will be somewhere between the hours of 10am and 2:30pm for each teacher. During this three hour block of time, teachers will provide a timely response to student emails.
